Sometimes your orders don’t batch and you are not sure why. Here are the main causes of orders not batching.
If you changed the vendor from teelaunch, orders do not batch properly. The vendor selected must be teelaunch for our app to pull the information.
Please make sure auto processing is on in the teelaunch app on the account tab. If this is off we will not be able to process orders.
If you delete the product before it batches into our system, it will fail to batch.
If you make a manual, draft order and do not select FREE SHIPPING, it will not send us the shipping information and will fail to batch.
If you have a daily processing limit on your account, orders will not batch if they exceed the maximum limit. You can change or increase this limit in the Teelaunch App under Account>Daily Charge Limit
